To be eligible for a return or exchange, send your items back to us within 30 days of your order purchase date. Products must be unworn, in their original condition, with original packaging and labels in place (if any). All returns must be shipped to us within 30 days of your order purchase date or we cannot give you a refund or exchange. Additionally, any product returned that is used or damaged will be rejected and will not be sent back to the customer.
We do not offer any returns or exchanges on International orders at this time.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will refund your original payment method within 5-7 business days. You will be notified via email of your return. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.
All items in our Sale/Clearance Collection are FINAL and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Some accessories are also FINAL sale and cannot be returned and will say FINAL sale in description.
We will happily replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, email firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receiving your order, and include a picture of the defective or damaged item along with your order number. Requests after 3 days will not be accepted for either a return or exchange.
If you would like to exchange a product for a different size, you are able to do so within 30 days of your order purchase date. Exchanged products must be unworn, in their original condition, and labels in place (if any). We will provide a free pre-paid shipping label for exchanges. To place an exchange please select the store credit option. Once we receive your return and process it you will then receive the store credit via email with steps on how to use your store credit to purchase your exchange.
I bought this bracelet January 2020 andthe rip in it is big enough im worried wearing it another day will snap it in half, once I get the money to replace it I 100% will. i’ve worn it every single day since I got it.

Love the message of “choosing” to stay - especially that it acknowledges that it is a choice. I have incorporated this, along with “find your reason” when peer counseling.
