If something is wrong with your order, please let us know since we value our customer's satisfaction. Online purchases are only valid for exchange or store credit. We offer a 14 day return policy from date of when your item shown delivered. We do not offer any exchanges on orders outside of the U.S.
To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. Email us at email@example.com with the following information so that we can best serve you:
• First and last name on the order
• Invoice number
• Reason for your return
Please note that you will be required to pay the shipping for the return/exchange back to our location. Exchanges sent back to you will be free of charge if sent to the same location. We will contact you once we have received and inspected the merchandise to approve your exchange.
An exchange can be for either a different size of product or store credit for a future purchase. We are not responsible for items that are lost during transit. We do not credit any tax or shipping charges on returns for store credit.
Clearance items are not valid for returns/exchanges.
