Returns / Exchanges

RETURN POLICY

If something is wrong with your order, please let us know since we value our customer's satisfaction. To be eligible for a return or exchange, we must be contacted within 30 days of the date your order was delivered. Products must be unworn, in their original condition, with original packaging and labels in place (if any). All returns must be shipped to us within 30 days of your order delivery or we cannot give you a refund or exchange. All sale orders and clearance items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

We do not offer any returns or exchanges on International orders at this time.

How To Make A Return
To initiate a return, you must first email customerservice@staywear.com within 30 days of your order being delivered and we will provide you with instructions. Please include the following in your email:

  • Order number
  • Product you would like to return
  • Reason for the return

All products must be returned unworn, in their original condition, with original packaging and labels in place (if any), or a return will not be issued. We reserve the right to deny any items that do not meet our policy requirements. If a product is used or worn, we will reject the return and send the used product(s) back to you. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returns.

STAY WEAR will not be held responsible for lost returns.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will refund your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Refunds are subject to a $5.00 restocking fee.

Sale Items
All sale orders and clearance items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Defective/Damaged Items
We will happily replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, email customerservice@staywear.com within 76 hours of receiving your order, and include a picture of the defective or damaged item along with your order number. Requests after 76 hours will not be accepted.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product for a different size, you are able to do so by contacting us within 30 days of the date your order was delivered. Exchanged products must be unworn, in their original condition, with original packaging and labels in place (if any). We will provide a free shipping label for exchanges.
