If something is wrong with your order, please let us know since we value our customer's satisfaction. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to respond to your return request.
We are pleased to accept returns and exchanges if contacted within 14 days of the date your order was delivered. All products must be returned unworn, in their original condition, with original labels in place (if any). All returns must be shipped to us within 21 days of your order delivery or we cannot give you a refund or exchange. All sale orders and clearance items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. We do not offer any exchanges on orders outside of the U.S. at this time.
How To Make A Return
To initiate a return, you must first email email@example.com within 14 days of your order delivered and we will provide you with instructions. Please include in your email your order number, product you would like to return, and reason for the return.
All products must be returned unworn, in their original condition, with original labels in place, or a return will not be issued. We reserve the right to deny any items that do not meet our policy requirements. If a product is used or worn we will reject the return and send the used product(s) back to you. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returns.
STAY WEAR will not be held responsible for lost returns.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will refund your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping will not be refunded and any order with free shipping may be subject to a $5.00 restocking fee.
All sale orders and clearance items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Pre-order items cannot be returned but can be exchanged.
Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively to previous orders and refunds will not be issued to cover the difference. Please double check to make sure any codes are entered and applied at checkout before completing your purchase.
We will happily replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, email firstname.lastname@example.org within 76 hours of receiving your order and include a picture of the defective or damaged item and your order number. Requests after 76 hours will not be accepted.
If you would like to exchange a product for a different size, you are able to do so by contacting us within 14 days of the date your order was delivered. Exchanged products must be unworn, in their original condition, with original labels in place (if any). Exchanged products cannot be from sale orders or clearance items. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with exchanges.
