RETURN POLICY
To be eligible for a return or exchange, send your items back to us within 30 days of your order purchase date. Products must be unworn, in their original condition, with original packaging and labels in place (if any). All returns must be shipped to us within 30 days of your order purchase date or we cannot give you a refund or exchange. Additionally, any product returned that is used or damaged will be rejected and will not be sent back to the customer.
We do not offer any returns or exchanges on International orders at this time.

STAY WEAR will not be held responsible for lost returns.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will refund your original payment method within 5-7 business days. You will be notified via email of your return. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.
SALE/CLEARANCE ITEMS
All items in our Sale/Clearance Collection or tagged with Final Sale are FINAL and cannot be returned or exchanged.
DAMAGE/DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We will happily replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, email support@staywear.com within 3 days of receiving your order, and include a picture of the defective or damaged item along with your order number. Requests after 3 days will not be accepted for either a return or exchange.
EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange a product for a different size, you are able to do so within 30 days of your order purchase date. Exchanged products must be unworn, in their original condition, and labels in place (if any). We will provide a free pre-paid shipping label for exchanges. To place an exchange please select the store credit option. Once we receive your return and process it you will then receive the store credit via email with steps on how to use your store credit to purchase your exchange.
HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
During the holiday season we offer an extended return window. For orders placed between November 15th and December 25th, we have an extended return policy that lasts until January 31st.
